Returns Policy

Please Note:

 If you are located outside of Europe there could be customs charges depending on the value of your order, it is your responsibility to check the customs charges for your country (UK will charge customs over £150).  If you refuse to pay the customs charges that DPD present to you applicable to your country your order will be sent back to us. 

We will refund you the full value of the order less 20% restocking fee (Non-sale value) as well  the shipping  cost (charged to us by DPD)  as a result of  your non payment of the customs

Replacement for incorrect or damaged goods

If we have dispatched an incorrect product (our mistake) in your order or if the product you have received is damaged upon arrival within 7 days of receipt, please email us a picture of the product you received to hello@simplynatural.ie.

To obtain a replacement product please send your item to: Simply Natural, Unit 10A, Adelaide Court, Albert Road Glenageary Dublin IE, with a completed ‘Product Return Form’ included.

Once the returned product is received by us we will dispatch a replacement product to you.

 

Beauty Works Hair Extensions

There are no returns for Beauty Works Hair Extensions unless an incorrect product (our mistake) has been dispatched.  Beauty Works Hair Extensions cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

hair POLICY – quality concerns

Any concern with the hair must be reported to us via email to the Customer Service Department:  info@simplynatural.ie          within a maximum of 14 days of the receipt date; this is due to human hair being a consumable item during wear.

Clips-ins, Ponytails and Insta Braids are not professional products and are designed for occasional wear only. We suggest that you wash the hair every 10-15 wears due to product build-up. If you require wearing extensions daily, please check our professional range. Clip-ins should not be altered in any way from their intended purpose- in doing so Beauty Works will not be held responsible for the outcome of the extensions.

We only recommend the use of Beauty Works Aftercare and cannot guarantee the quality of any Beauty Works extensions with other formulas. Aftercare products must be purchased at the time of purchasing the extensions, and you must have proof of continuous aftercare purchases.  Any hair returned to be tested for alleged quality issues must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase for both the extensions and aftercare.

Hair that is being returned to Simply Natural  for testing must be approved by the Quality Control department. Any goods received without the appropriate paperwork will not be processed until the correct paperwork is received. Failure to provide the completed paperwork within 30 days will result in the goods being destroyed. This will be given at the time of approval via email.

Any colouring, toning including silver and purple shampooing (except for Beauty Works Anti-Yellow Shampoo) or tinting of extensions is done entirely at the customer’s own risk and we will not test, refund or exchange any extensions that have been exposed to the above nor will Beauty Works accept hair back that has been altered in any way including clip-ins. All hair extensions must be returned in the original product colour and format.

Goods are not considered faulty if their condition deteriorates due to poor hair management including heat damage, incorrect aftercare, or poor application. If no fault is present, or the hair has been damaged or coloured in any way, the goods will be returned to the customer at a cost, and we will not refund or replace the goods.

Heat over 180 degrees should not be used on Beauty Works hair extensions.

We do not guarantee the use of our hair extensions whilst on holiday/in warmer climates for various reasons, including discolouration of the hair when coming into contact with swimming pool chlorine and the hair drying out through excess heat. We strongly advise all customers using hair extensions to avoid both chlorine and seawater as this can damage hair and hair colour.

We require all the hair back within 7 days of the complaint being approved, this will then be examined and inspected by our dedicated Quality Control Department which can take up to 30 days. Once tested if a fault has been found we will issue you a replacement or refund.

Beauty Works will not issue any refunds or replacements until the original hair has come back for testing.

The goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach the Simply Natural Warehouse. Please ensure all items are packaged properly to avoid transit damages. Any returned goods that we receive which are outside of this Returns Policy will be defined as "In Dispute". Such In Dispute items will not be refunded or exchanged. A reason for this decision will be provided. We are happy to re-ship such In Dispute items back to you at a cost, otherwise, they will be destroyed within 91 working days from their receipt back to us.

Simply Natural  will not be held responsible for any additional expenses due to faulty goods e.g. removal or re-application costs. We strongly advise that a qualified professional applies and removes any professional hair extensions to prevent any damage to your own hair, this should also include a sign consultation form before application.

Faulty - Electrical

All Beauty Works electrical items come with a 12-month warranty from your purchase date, if you experience any concerns with your goods, please do contact our customer service team  at:  info@simplynatural.ie We will ask you to return the product back to be tested, once tested if a fault is found, we will replace this for you. If there is a no fault found the item will be returned back to the customer.

HAIR DISCOLOURATION

Hair extensions may change colour over time or due to environmental factors which can also include some standard beauty products and excessive heat. Extra care should be taken to avoid the hair coming in contact with sun protection creams, oils, perfume and false tanning products. Contact with such products will cause the hair to turn peach/pink or copper colour, this can also happen if the hair encounters high mineral content found mostly found in pool water and seawater, this is due to a chemical reaction that is not classed as a manufacturing fault. Please refer to our Aftercare Guidelines FAQs and Hair Policy for more information.

Beauty Works has specially designed aftercare products to help prevent discolouration and to help restore the quality of hair before and after the use of seawater, chlorine and being in UV rays.

Delivery

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the address has been entered fully and correctly at checkout. Once an order has been placed, we cannot amend the address due to a strict shipping schedule nor can we cancel the order.

If a delivery has been unsuccessful or the order has been refused delivery this will come back to the Simply Natural  warehouse and a refund will automatically be issued. We will not redeliver any parcels once they have been returned.

If your shipment shows as ‘delivered’ and you have not received this, please do check with your neighbour or safe place first.

Refunds and exchanges

Refunds for damaged items only  are issued within 14 calendar days from receipt of goods to our warehouse, however we aim to issue refunds within one week where possible. Please note that we will not be held liable for any interest payment that you may incur because any refund was made outside of your credit/debit card timescales.

All returns and exchanges will need to be processed through our online return portal within 14 days of receipt. Simply Natural  do not offer a free returns label.

For hygiene reasons, we can not accept any products back that have been used, worn or removed from the coils.

Any returned goods that we receive which are outside of the Returns Policy will be defined as "In Dispute". Such "In Dispute" items will not be refunded or exchanged. A reason for this "In Dispute" decision will be provided. We are happy to re-ship "In Dispute" items back to you, otherwise they will be destroyed within 91 calendar days from their receipt back at Simply Natural.

We are unable to replace or exchange an item until the original parcel is returned to  Simply Natural. If you need an item in a hurry, we suggest you place a second order for the new item and send the original back at a later date.

If you are returning an order that contains a free gift you will need to return the free gift in an unopen, unused condition to gain a full refund of your order. If the free gift is not included in the return the value of this item will be deducted from your refund.

 

Change of Mind (excluding Beauty Works Clip In Extensions)

We will only accept returns within 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a replacement or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be offered a full refund less what it cost us to ship to you.

Shipping costs charged are:

Ireland       €5

Europe      €20

To process your return, we require a 'product return form' to be fully completed and sent with the item that you are returning. This form may be found below. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If you have ordered the wrong product by mistake, or you wish to exchange the product for a different size or colour, you must order the correct item through our website and pay for same in full and return the product you wish to exchange with the Product Return Form filled out. The product to be exchanged must be unused and in all of its original packaging. If we accept the return, we will refund your original purchase (less the shipping cost).

Returning Products

If you are returning products, you must fill out the ‘Product Return Form’ which is on our website and place it with the product you wish to return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 Any returned goods that we receive which are outside this Returns Policy will be defined as ‘In Dispute’. Such ‘In Dispute’ items will not be refunded or exchanged. A reason for this decision will be provided.

 Please note: We do not offer refunds after a product/s has been used.  We cannot offer a refund on Naturigin Hair Colour that has been applied and the resulting colour is not as desired - as we have no control over how it has been applied and therefore the final result. 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
